There are a wide range of Philips Sonicare toothbrushes and many of them require the occasional spare part to keep them running, particularly mechanical parts such as the seals, drive components and the motor/solenoid.
Below we show you some of the parts used in various Sonicare toothbrushes, and chargers, and show you where to buy replacements.
Which Sonicare Brush Do I Have?
Firstly, you need to determine which model of Sonicare toothbrush you have! The most accurate way is to find the HX number marked on the bottom of your toothbrush handle. In the example below this is marked HX9340. You can ignore the last two digits as these generally only refer to the colour of the handle. So this brush is part of the DiamondClean HX9300 series. Parts are generally interchangeable between any of HX9300 series models (HX9330, HX9350, etc.)
Part Interchangeability
Parts for Philips Sonicare toothbrushes are generally interchangeable between brushes that share the first 2 digits after the HX in their part number. So for example, with the original HealthyWhite HX6700 series your brush might be marked HX6710 but it will use the same parts as the HX6720, HX6730, and so on. Watch out if you have a HX6900 series toothbrush as there are some large variations within the series so for the PCB or motor do ensure the parts match your actual brush.
Available Spare Parts

Shaft Seals
The shaft seal fits between the metal shaft that drives the motion of the toothbrush head and the plastic casing of your Sonicare. These small seals are all that stands between the delicate electronics inside your Sonicare toothbrush and the water that gathers around the bottom of the toothbrush head. They can go mouldy and perish, allowing water to seep inside the toothbrush handle where it can start to corrode the motor, PCB and electronic components. Below you can see the standard tall flexible seal, a solid plastic seal collar/retainer and the newer style of flat seal.
Some of the newer Sonicare models are fitted with the flat seal with no retaining cover. These brushes cannot use the two-part seals as they do not have the ridges on the metal shaft for the retaining cover to clip on to.
New replacement seals are available from us through our secure online shop here: Spare Sonicare Seals
Shaft Connector Block
This die-cast metal block connects the stainless steel output shaft that moves the toothbrush head to the motor/solenoid of your Sonicare. It can fracture and break causing the motor to disconnect from the output shaft. Remember that when a replacement part is stated as being (for example) for the HX9340 it should fit all HX9300 models such as the HX9330, HX9360, etc. Some replacement shafts might come with new seals included.
There are three different types of connector block available.
The standard block shown above (top photo), which is fitted with a tall rubber seal and a solid plastic collar clipped over the seal. There is also a ridge on the metal shaft that the collar clips to.
The second type shown above (middle photo) has a flat seal with no collar, and no ridge on the metal shaft. This type can be retrofitted to most brushes that take the standard connector block.
The third type of block shown above (bottom photo) has a flat seal with no collar, but also has a coil of copper wire wound around the white plastic surround. This is for brushes which need to sense the chip in the smart brush heads. This type of block cannot be retrofitted to brushes requiring the first two types of connector block.

Motor / Electromagnet / Solenoid
The electromagnet is the heart of your Sonicare toothbrush as when coupled to the permanent magnet on the drivetrain it produces mechanical movement from the electrical energy stored in the battery. Most Li-ion powered Sonicare brushes use the same motor/electromagnet to run at 31k (31,000 oscillations per minute), although some models run at a higher speed of 62k (the ProtectiveClean HX6800 series, certain HX6900 FlexCare models, the FlexCare Platinum HX9100 series, the “5 Series” or HealthyWhite+ HX8900 series and the DiamondClean Smart HX9900 series) so these will possibly require a slightly different motor.
Replacement electromagnets generally come with a new shaft attached and sometimes new seals as well. They are available brand new on eBay from the following suppliers:
- Philips Sonicare electromagnets/motors on eBay UK
- Philips Sonicare electromagnets/motors on eBay.com
- Philips Sonicare electromagnets/motors on eBay Australia
PCB (Printed Circuit Board)
The PCB or mainboard of your Sonicare is susceptible to moisture damage. Water entering the handle can cause corrosion on the fine metallic tracks of the PCB which can break the tracks. Make sure when buying a replacement that it is from the same HX series as your existing brush as different series have the buttons and LEDs in different positions. Some of the HX6900 series brushes have the LEDs in slightly different positions such as the HX6950 which varies from the HX6920 and HX6930 positions. The brushing modes might be in a different order too.
Replacement PCBs generally come with the charging coil and plastic frame attached, and sometimes even a new battery too! They are available new on eBay from the following suppliers:
- Philips Sonicare PCBs on eBay UK
- Philips Sonicare PCBs on eBay.com
- Philips Sonicare PCBs on eBay Australia
Power / Mode Button
The rubber and plastic buttons on your Sonicare toothbrush can gradually wear out, meaning that they either don’t allow the switch underneath to be activated properly or they allow moisture inside the handle.
Replacement power button covers and mode selection buttons to cover the switches on your Sonicare toothbrush are available new on eBay here:
- Philips Sonicare buttons and switches on eBay UK
- Philips Sonicare buttons and switches on eBay.com

PCB Switch
The surface-mount momentary switch on the PCB of your brush under the rubber/plastic button can sometimes wear out. These SPST, normally-open switches can be replaced with similar 5mm square, 1.5mm high tactile switches. However, it is more likely that corrosion has damaged the PCB tracks leading to the switch so inspect the tracks carefully. You can test your existing switch by momentarily shorting across two of its diagonally opposite pins. If this powers up your toothbrush then the switch is at fault.

Rechargeable Battery
With a limited service life at some point you will need to replace the battery inside your Sonicare toothbrush.

Any Questions?
Please leave a comment below if you have any questions, information or tips about spare parts or chargers for Philips Sonicare toothbrushes.
My hx6930 brush could not be turned on after turned on itself for several times, even battery was full. Need an on/off switch.
It could be water getting inside the toothbrush handle. Open up the casing (use our guides to help) and let the internals dry out for 24 hours. Then replace the seal at the top.
Ihave a hx681a sonic tooth brush and need a charger with a model number 190313-2a
The HX6800 series ProtectiveClean Sonicare brushes take a HX6100 charger as shown in the chargers section above.
I have a sonicare HX6710 and looking for the white base cap for it to charge toothbrush since it was damaged . Can you please tell me where I could find this part.
I need the rubber on off switch cover for a HX6930. Does anyone sell those small parts?
We’ve now added power switch covers and mode buttons to the article above.
my Sonicare DiamondClean does not charge. Instead it vibrates and flashes lights in the following pattern: 2 short green, 1 long amber. Any thoughts what this might mean?
It might have moisture inside the handle casing. Open the handle using our DiamondClean repair guide and allow the innards to dry out for 24 hours.
I cannot find the replacement toothbrush handle to fit model FC/A110-120 V a.c 50-60 Hz 1.5W
Hi Barbara, are those markings off a Sonicare charger? And have you lost the whole toothbrush?
I also have the same toothbrush as Barbara and don’t know the brush head type to buy. The model number on the bottom of the charging base reads just as she posted: Model FC / A110 – 120 Vac 50-60Hz 1.5W
The only other number on the base is 1T26, but that seems to have to do more with the electrical info. When you unscrew the collar holding the brushhead “holder” to the brush base, the holder has a number of 45052W on the portion of the holder that slides into the brush handle itself. It’s an old model, I know (likely over ten years old), but it still works and I’d like to know where to get the manual and where to buy replacement heads. There is no model number listed on the brush handle itself; I’ve checked multiple times. Thanks for any help you can provide.
It sounds like these are older E-series Sonicare toothbrushes with the large screw-on heads. Your brush might be one of the Elite, Essence, Advance or Xtreme models in the E-series. Heads for the E-series brushes are available new on eBay here.
I need a charger for my Philips sonicare
Is this possible?
I left mine overseas😔
Cable charger for Phillips sonicare diamond clean I can’t track one down i don’t have the model number it has a small round head which plugs into the bottom of the brush for charging ,I left mine abroad
Help! My dog actually ate the little cone piece that is between the main body and the toothbrush. My toothbrush is an HX685T. Is there a replacement part I can but or will I have to walk around with a nasty smile until I can afford another Philips Sonicare?
The rubber seal or plastic stopper? Yes these are available as spares – see the article above.
I need the start button for a Sonicare HX6530.
Is this part available?
Thank You
Only if someone is selling one. Have a look at the eBay link for buttons/switches. Any sellers will be listed.
I got water inside my toothbrush and bought a replacement PCB board, I have a HX6930 I did the replacement and could not get it to work,, I got this from eBay so the only difference was the bottom numbers what do they mean 150305
The 150305 is a batch number indicating when your toothbrush was made.
Just bought travel sonic care at CVS pharmacy and was wondering where to buy replacement heads (comes with one extra in package).
What is the full name and model number of your toothbrush?
Dear reader, Philips send me two times a wrong Sonicare type HX938B (black model) but no charging case. My son has a model HX939B(also black) and a charging case HX9210. Don’t want to dispose them as they are brand new so want to charge them but don’t charge in the glass and either in the travel case of what came with the HX939 model. Would expect it would work as they are in the same HX93.. serie but it doesn’t so I assume I need another charger but any idea which model or charging power ( Volts, Watt) is needed and where can I purchase one?
Thanks in advance for your feedback and help.
I would expect the HX938B DiamondClean brushes to charge in the standard DiamondClean glass charger and in the charging case. If they are deeply discharged they might need a few hours on charge before showing any lights. Did they come with their own charger?
no, as the original one the HX939B made a lot of noise so they only send the brush without the chargers. Will put it in the charger glass or travel case and see what happen. Will let you know.
THX
Hi – same exact issue. I received a replacement HX938B handle only and I have a an older HX9100 model charger that was working on my older handle. The new HX938B does not charge at all on the HX9100. I don’t have the glass or the plastic cover but I wouldn’t think that would matter. Any luck in finding a charger for HX938B handle?
Hx938b uses the qi charging pad that’s now discontinued (which I have).
Phillips sent me hx939b that charges with the glass that I don’t have.
I have the exact opposite problem. I have the hx938b and charger and Sonicare sent me the hx939b that doesn’t work with my charger. Want to trade? 😂
I have the Philips sonicare HX3220B. It has a slightly bent shaft. Which replacement heads are compatible?
The HX3220 CleanCare+ and other Sonicare brushes with a wavy shaft have a ‘click-on brush head system’ which is featured on these Philips Sonicare toothbrushes: PowerUp Battery, Essence+, Elite+ and CleanCare+
The Cleancare+ HX3200 series brushes (HX3210, HX3220, HX3230) were supplied with a brush head marked C1, and replacement Sonicare C1 toothbrush heads are available new on eBay here.
Hi, I think the kids or my wife (probable) has dropped our HX 685B and bent the stainlesss steel shaft . This has compromised the fine vibrations and rendered it useless. Any suggestions? Many thanks, these things are amazing but expensive
John’s comment is referring to models that have a deliberately wave-shaped shaft for fitting certain types of head. If your brush was dropped and the shaft damaged you might find that the connector block inside has broken. This can be replaced by buying a new shaft assembly.
The stainless steel shaft came out of the aluminium block on my HX 6390. Reinstalled it but it comes out too easily now. Do I need to drive the shaft in harder, or is there a replacement assembly, or another solution?
It’s probably best to get a new shaft assembly unless you want to experiment with 2-part epoxy glue. This might affect the head alignment, however.
Hello,
I’m looking for the seal kit for an HX6920.
I seen a link to the top seals but can’t find the bottom black o-ring seal.
Thanks in advance
B
You’ll be able to use a generic thin o-ring for the seal around the bottom cap. Your local hardware store might have a suitable one, or buy a selection pack.
My electric handle stopped working. Can I order a replacement?
Sure. Follow one of our eBay links then search eBay for the HX number marked on the bottom of your toothbrush.
Can I buy a replacement glass for the Sonic toothbrush from yourselves.
I live in Australia
Hi Sandra, we don’t sell the glasses ourselves but you can get them on eBay Australia here.
Your information is great. However I have an HX9150 model. I need the Shaft Connector Block for it but do not see any other HX91xx models. Is there a compatible model for the HX9150?
It’s likely that the HX9150 and other HX9100 models share the same shaft connector block with the other models.
I have a Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Toothbrush set. Is it safe to leave the wet glass on the charging base right after rinsing the mouth with it? I usually do so and also leave the toothbrush in the glass to keep it charging throughout the day.
Thanks.
It’s safe but the water will probably leave marks on the glass and toothbrush. It’s best to use a towel to wipe out the glass and dry your toothbrush after using them.
i have a Philips Sonicare FlexCare Whitening Edition hx6980 and the bottom will not stay in the handle part. i have tired pushin it in and it works it way back out the clips on the side lil black ones r in good shape. but still dont stay in the case. it will also not charge.
I seem to have a very large gap between the head and the main unit so the head now vibrates too much – the head is the right part but there is a big gap….do you know what I am missing?
I have the Sonicare (pink) HX9360 – I have a picture but can’t attach here.
Thank you
Hi Nicky, Use our DiamondClean repair guide to help you open the handle of your Sonicare, then check that the screw near the seals at the top of the mechanism is tight. There’s also another screw near the battery that holds the motor/solenoid in place. Check that the solenoid has not slid away from the battery and that this screw is tight too.
Ineed my charger for my Sonicare toothbrush HX682P could you please give me information?
Hi, The Philips HX682P Sonicare toothbrush and other HX6800 models is also sold as a ‘Protective Clean’ toothbrush and is compatible with the Philips Sonicare HX6100 charger, available through the links in the chargers section above.
I am looking for a charger for my sonic care Black Edition HX9350 series 93 toothbrush
Do you sell these?
Your Sonicare DiamondClean Black Edition is supplied with a HX9100 charger and these are available through the link in this section above.
Hi,
I bought a Philips Sonicare DiamondClean in 2017 which stopped working recently. The reference written on the handle is “HX939B”. On Philips website it says: HX939B (diamonclean handle) HX9351/52 (product model number).
I noticed the sealing on top of the toothbrush was damaged and when I disassembled it I saw some corrosion on the coil so I first changed the whole coil/motor part but it didn’t work. Inspecting it more closely I saw there was some corrosion on the PCB too. I spent lot of time cleaning it with ionised water and baking soda, checking continuity on the PCB, but when I re-soldered everything it did not work. I may have damaged the PCB myself. In any cases, I bought a new PCB on eBay “Suitable for Philips HX9332 HX9340 HX9350 HX9360 HX9370 toothbrush handle”. I re-soldered everything and now the toothbrush is finally working again. But now my original chargers (charging base + travel case) do not work anymore. Is there any reason why? I assume I need to buy a new Sonicare DiamondClean HX9100 charger on ebay?
It could be that one of the wires from the charging coil to the PCB has broken, or the pins they connect to are not soldered to the PCB. Check these connections. Measured with a multimeter at the PCB pins there should be continuity.
Hi, I have a Philips sonicare HX682P model, may I know what is the compatible brush head that I can use for replacement?
As long as it doesn’t have a wavy metal shaft then any modern Sonicare toothbrush head should fit your HX6800 ProtectiveClean Sonicare toothbrush.
Hi i have a HX which has stopped charging at the same time the metallic coating on the base all corroded away , where can i get a new base please and thank you
What’s the HX number on the bottom of your charger? HX9100? If your brush is a DiamondClean there are links above to buy new HX9100 chromed charging bases for these.
Thanks i mean the base of the toothbrush and yes a diamond clean i can no longer see the model number because he metal has peeled off and im assuming this is why it doesn’t charge, never had a issue with battery life or any other problems, its the black model
The chrome plating on the bottom cap of the toothbrush has no electrical purpose, it’s just for cosmetics. It won’t stop your brush from charging. It could be that the charger has failed, that the battery has failed or there could be moisture inside the handle affecting the electronics. Does the toothbrush run or light up at all? How about when it’s on the charger?
Charger is fine , must be the battery or the electronics as you say , i have had it for a number of years now it lights up but just to say the battery is dead , before this it was holding a good amount of charge would last maybe 2 weeks , its annoying i may just buy a new one now?
The DiamondClean brushes are quite expensive so if you are interested in repairing it by fitting an new battery we have an instruction guide here.
Hi, I’ve lost the charger for my HX3210B. I can’t seem to find available replacements- in fact, I’ve already ordered one wrong replacement. Are there any other models that might be compatible that I could look out for? Thanks
The HX3210B is normally supplied with a standard HX6100 charger, so a genuine Philips HX6100 should fit your DailyClean/CleanCare+ toothbrush.
Hello to everybody,
My Sonicare diamond clean HX9312 is not charging.
I’ve finally discover that on the PCB board the component named Q3 is missing in the board.
Nobody know the type of SDM component labelled Q3?
Any information can really help!
Thanks
Why on earth is everybody writing Phillips with a double L in America?? Philips is an old lamp, radio and electronics company. Located in Holland.
Phillips is a US petroleum company – and many others as well.
Hi thanks for the guide, it’s the best of its type.
After using it to replace a battery the PCB Switch failed. I have checked via the ‘shorting’ test.
Can you remove this switch from above the PCB as I am not clear how to remove the PCB from the toothbrush frame?
Are all four contacts important and is it possible to put the new switch on, in the wrong position?
The switch is surface-mount so you can remove it from the top. It is possible to install the switch in the wrong orientation as the pins are paired i.e. the two on each side are permanently connected, and when the switch is pressed all four are connected. Mark your original switch before removing. Test the pins for pairing after removal and install the new switch the same way round.
Hi thanks for that.
In looking to purchase the switch there seems many types and designs.
Is it better to have the ‘gull wing’ or through the board pins?
Any good sources, its difficult to get detail on eBay ?
Can I get away with something close to 5 x 5 mm?
There are no holes through the PCB so don’t get one with long legs. Get one that looks visually similar to your original, such as the Multicomp switch linked in the article.
I am missing the ring under the toothbrush head for the HX6950. For some reason, it does not come with any of the replacement heads.
are replacement brushes still available, in Canada, for HX 51 series?
Could you please tell me what charger I would get to use with a Sonicare HX992B? Thank you
The Sonicare HX992B is a DiamondClean Smart toothbrush, part of the HX9900 series. You will need one of the chargers shown in the DiamondClean Smart chargers section.
I need a HX9340 handle cover. Are those available?
Have a diamondclean classic that just kicked the bucket. Purchased a new, diamond clean smart version HX992B thinking the chargers would be compatible. I understand the charging base is different, but it seems to be sold mostly without the glass toothbrush stand part. Is that part compatible with a new charging base?
Looking for a shaft seal for a HX8910 but no one seems to list them. Do you know if other seals fit?
Hi Mike, How about the seals for the HX8910 on Ebay here?
I saw them but if you read the specifications lower down they make no reference to the HX8910 (or HX8xxx series)!
I messaged them to check but have yet to receive a reply.
Do you know if any of the DiamondClean chargers will charge other Flexcare handles, such as the “Easy Clean” model?
I don’t think the DiamondClean chargers will work reliably on any other Sonicare brushes. Let us know if it works for you however!
The code on the bottom of my toothbrush is HX6930 130917
I need a travel charger for it. Which one would I need?
If your existing charger is marked 100-240V AC (or similar such as 110-230V) then it will work with the electrical supply in any country. You might need a travel adaptor to convert the physical connection for the country you’re visiting. Otherwise a new HX6100 charger should be 100-240V AC as available here.
Can I get just the charging coil. I do not need the entire pcb.
Spending the summer in Minnesota and left the USB charger for my travel case and regular charger in Arizona. Can you give me the model number I need to order these 2 items please? Mine is a Philips Sonicare FlexCare Whitening Edition hx6980. Thanks in advance for your help.
The standard charger for your FlexCare HX6900 series is the HX6100 charger and is available through eBay here.
For the USB charger and cable to connect to the travel case you probably need the HX9200 as available on eBay here.
How do I get a charger for my Sonicare HX992w ?
The Philips Sonicare HX99xx series brushes are DiamondClean Smart models. These DiamondClean Smart brushes use their own special charging bases as described in our DiamondClean Smart chargers section here. There are links to buy new chargers in that section.
Hi There
I need a circuit board for a Sonicare Airfloss HX8340. Water got in and caused a short circuit that has cooked off some of the surface mount components.
Where can I get a replacement circuit board?
Thanks Robin
Hi ,
I have a Sonicare DiamondClean HX9370 and last week stopped working. Green light is flushing when in charger (both in regular and travel case) but battery is not charging and unit not working. Toothbrush is out of warranty.
Is it repairable? Can I buy just a replacement handle as I have all other accessories.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Hi Peter, yes the DiamondClean Sonicares can be opened up and repaired. See our DiamondClean battery replacement guide here.
Hi there, I’d really like to identify the buzzer the Sonicare used, it makes a pleasant and subtle beep sound, so that it doesn’t sound annoying or cheap. Is there any way to identify this component on the PCB? I wonder whether it’s a special buzzer, or a common component?
Thanks in advance for your help.
There is no dedicated beeper, the sound comes from sending low-power signals to the motor/solenoid assembly at audible frequencies. It gives a similar musical effect to this electric train!
I have an HX99 series. The drive shaft wobbles like a weeble. Can it be fixed or do I need to think about a new toothbrush?
Hi Roy, the shaft assembly has either got loose screws or the block has fractured. You can buy a new shaft, or try tightening the screws.
My Sonicare HX 6210 has a battery pack with 2 batteries wrapped in a plastic sleeve and both battery terminals at one end. Which battery should I buy for this toothbrush?
For the HX6210 and other Sonicare brushes in the HX6200 series we sell a Sonicare HX6210 replacement battery pack here.
I need a new Philips Sonicare Flexcare HX6930 handle which Philips doesn’t currently sell as a replacement part. Seems that there’s several Chinese vendors selling them on the internet/EBay. Any suggestions about how to best obtain one from a reputable vendor?
You can buy one through eBay. Check the vendor’s feedback to assess their reputability.
I have an older toothbrush. It originally came with an “O” ring that went between the body and the brush They used to come with replacement heads. Lately I’ve been using the diamond tip replacement heads and they don’t come with them. Is there someway I can obtain them?
What is the HX number marked on the handle of your toothbrush Doug?
Hi I have a new Philips Sonicare 2100 & cannot find my charging base after a big sort out & think It may have been thrown away by mistake 😢.
The bottom of the toothbrush code is HX365W1 & the box shows HX3651/13 . Can anyone tell me a part no. or other model numbers/names which have compatible charging bases please .
Hi Carol, your HX365W1 toothbrush (from the HX3600 series) will charge either on the classic 2-pin mains powered HX6100 Sonicare charger or on the HX6110 USB-powered charger it was supplied with.
Hi, I just recently purchased the DiamondClean 9000 with the handle of ‘HX991B’ and the product number of ‘HX9911/39’ which travel charging case would fit this? Thank you
According to Philips their CP0557 travel case is compatible with your HX9911/39 DiamondClean toothbrush.
Is the handle only for an e-series available? Thank you!
Yes, complete handle units for the E Series (HX5000 series including Elite and Essence versions) are still available through Ebay here. This includes the HX5310, HX5610, HX5710, HX5810 and HX5910 models.
I have an old Classic DiamondClean HX9200 series that is working just fine since I replaced a broken shaft connector block. However, it now will only charge in either it’s case or glass charging stand if I completely remove the outer casing, including the end base cap.
If I stand it in the glass or put it in the case “naked” it charges as it’s supposed to. If I fit the base cap, it does not.
Logically then, something about the base cap is preventing charging connection. Have I damaged the base cap somehow when removing it and if so, can I repair it somehow?
Anyone have any ideas?
Brilliant site, by the way.
It is possible that when re-fitting the base cap it is moving the induction coil slightly and disconnecting the wire. Check the coil wires are intact and soldered to their posts. Also check all PCB solder connections as again the reassembly might be moving the PCB and breaking a connection.
I have a Philips HX6160/D charger / UV sanitizer, black. When I push the button to sanitize, the bulb doesn’t light up. I took the bulb out, put it on another sanitizer, bulb works. Put the bulb back, still doesn’t work. Could the switch be bad? Any suggestions?
Hi
Can you suggest a charger that will work with model HX6530?
Hi Alison, the Sonicare HX6100 charger shown on here is the correct replacement for the HX6530 Sonicare toothbrush.
I recently repaired my sonicare 9000 but cracked the outer housing in the process (the part you hold when you are brushing). The internals still work but the housing needs to be replaced, and I can’t find a anywhere. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
If you can’t find a replacement handle casing through the Ebay links, you might be able to repair your housing with some 2-part epoxy glue or similar to make it watertight.
Thanks! Will be back soon for other replacement parts!
I need a replacement electromagnet with a new shaft for model HX960K but i cant find the right model on aliexpress. What other models parts are compatible with model HX960K?
If you use the Ebay links for new electromagnets in the article above here you should find a seller selling them for the HX9… series, which should mainly be interchangeable and compatible with your ExpertClean HX9600 series.
I have a HX962P that comes with the travel case. I need the cord to recharge?
If the charging case has part number TCB1001 or TCB2001 on it then these take a USB cable with a standard USB plug on one end and a USB-micro plug on the other end.
Hi I need a cover for the on off button for a HX3210B, ours is grey in case there is a difference we ordered a cover on EBAY but it is green and smaller in diameter and when we searched using HX3210B we had a message about unknown item
If there is no-one selling a rubber button cover for the HX3210B (also search for HX3210, HX3210B, HX3220, HX3220B, HX3230, HX3260, HX3260A) then another option might be to buy another faulty HX3200 series toothbrush and use the button or complete outer handle casing from that.
