If you need to connect your EE Smart Hub broadband router to a UPS or third-party power supply then look no further than our new size adaptor plug! The EE Smart Hub routers use a rare size of DC input socket for their power supply which is 3.35 x 1.15mm. Standard 3.5 x 1.35mm plugs do not fit correctly and will not give a stable connection. We now have some adaptors available to fit these EE Smart Hubs. These allow you to then plug in a standard 5.5 x 2.1mm barrel connector plug to power up your router using an Uninterruptable Power Supply, third-party power supply or extension cable.
