Feedback Received by Email

We received an email today with some feedback from a satisfied customer in the USA:

Initial product inquiries were responded to promptly and informatively. I, living in Upstate new York, USA, placed and received the order shipped from England to my doorstep in one week. Thanks to the tutorials I was able to successfully replace the battery in my toothbrush and utilized the same methods towards replacing my shaver battery. Thanks for your assistance. I know where all my referrals will be directed from now on!

  3. The instructions for battery replacement are great, but my soldering skills are a little rusty. Once I fixed a cold solder point, the appliance worked like new.
