Description
This is a new 2.4V replacement battery pack to fit certain Braun Oral-B, Philips Sonicare and other manufacturers’ electric toothbrushes including the Sonic Complete.
The battery comes complete with solder tags ready for you to solder it into your toothbrush and give it a new lease of life. It is assembled from two NiMH cells connected together in series and securely sealed with heatshrink.
It is recommended that you open up your toothbrush first to double-check the battery measurements. See our battery replacement guides section for instructions on replacing your toothbrush battery, including a guide for the Sonic Complete.

This battery pack is a direct replacement for the NiMH pack in the Braun Oral-B Sonic Complete type 4717 electric toothbrush and for the discontinued NiCd (NiCad/Ni-Cd) battery pack (sometimes labelled as a Sanyo 2/KR-600AE 2/3 A Cadnica NiCd 2,4V battery pack). NiMH cells are higher capacity than NiCd so your toothbrush will run for longer before it needs recharging. Also fits some Braun Oral-B type 4713, 4728 and 4731 Plak Control, Plak Control Ultra and Plaque Remover toothbrush models.
The fitted solder tags will need trimming with scissors to suit your particular toothbrush.
